This Store Policy governs purchases made through our website and in our retail location. By purchasing from us, you agree to this Store Policy in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We operate in compliance with all applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of Colorado.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Store Policy at any time. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to your transaction.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders in accordance with applicable law.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable Colorado state and local sales taxes are collected as required by law.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, suspected fraud, or compliance concerns.

3. Firearms, Ammunition & Regulated Items

Age Requirements (Colorado)

  • 18+ for rifles and shotguns, subject to federal and state law.
  • 21+ for handguns and handgun ammunition.
  • 21+ where required under current Colorado law.
  • Federal age requirements apply where more restrictive.

Background Checks

Colorado requires background checks for all firearm transfers conducted through a licensed dealer. All transfers require ATF Form 4473, a Colorado Bureau of Investigation background check, and payment of applicable fees.

Waiting Period

Firearms will not be transferred until the required Colorado statutory waiting period has fully elapsed and approval has been received.

Magazine Capacity

Colorado generally limits ammunition feeding devices to 15 rounds, subject to statutory exceptions. Non-compliant items will not be transferred where prohibited.

NFA Items

Suppressors and other NFA-regulated items require ATF approval and applicable tax stamps. All NFA sales are final once paperwork has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, Colorado, and local laws.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary based on product type and compliance requirements.

Firearms must ship to a valid FFL. Orders that violate federal, Colorado, or local laws will be canceled.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All returns require prior authorization.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Firearms once transferred
  • Ammunition
  • NFA items
  • Special orders
  • Clearance or final sale items

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by federal and Colorado law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products.

This Store Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts of Colorado.
