C. Firearms & NFA Compliance Data

As a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), we collect and retain information required under federal, state, and local law, including compliance with the Gun Control Act and National Firearms Act (NFA).

Firearms transaction records, including ATF Form 4473 and NFA documentation, are retained as required by ATF regulations and federal law. These records are not subject to deletion upon consumer request where retention is legally mandated.

These providers are contractually obligated to use personal information solely for business purposes and not for their own marketing use.

Disclosures required by federal firearms regulations, including disclosures to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) or other lawful authorities, are made solely to comply with legal obligations.

Deletion rights do not apply where retention is required by federal or state law, including ATF firearm transaction recordkeeping requirements.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including:

  • Right to request deletion (subject to legal exemptions)
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
  • Right to non-discrimination

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.

However, we may use analytics tools that collect information about website usage. These tools do not result in the sale of personal information by BCO.

Deletion requests do not apply to firearm transaction records or other information we are legally required to retain.
